That one attitude which makes people struggle a lot, stopping them from reaching their pinnacle of success & what you can do about it

I love to observe and interact with people I meet every day. They teach me a lot about human behavior.

Some days back, I was at my client's place. That day, because of some reason, there was no electricity for the entire day. The work in the office came to a standstill. The employees were sitting there doing nothing.

When I asked an employee, ‘Why don’t you make use of this time in doing something constructive?’  

They replied me back, ‘You suggest what we should do?’

I really get annoyed when people ask these kinds of questions or think in this fashion. They only do things that their boss tells them to do. Because there was no electricity and their boss didn’t tell them what to do, they sat there doing nothing.

The world is filled with these kinds of people with limited intellect that leads to limited actions on their part that in turn leads to limited success in life. This hurdle of neither doing nor thinking beyond what they have been told to do, hold them from becoming rich or successful.

This is one reason people cannot skyrocket their success.

For every situation, they want “What to do…..” and “How to do” books. Not that such books are not available in the market. The worst part is these kinds of people want someone to read those books and come and tell them what has to be done to become rich and successful. Even if someone comes and teaches them the ‘what’ and ‘how’ of becoming rich, still nothing happens in their lives.

‘I know it has to be done, but it doesn’t happen.’

This line is worth nothing, yet more and more people out there own this line.

If you are one of them and want to break out of it then you should not just sit there waiting for someone to come and tell you what to do next. Instead, become proactive and start living a life that will expand your possibilities in time.

A positive way to become rich is by investing in relevant books, creating actionable, and implementing the wisdom mentioned in them.

Some people wait for things to happen, while others make things happen in life. The world is not under some kind of obligation to make you rich.

If the world is not making things happen to make you rich, then get up, take charge and make things happen in your life for you to become rich.

Remember, knowingly, if you don’t become rich and successful, unknowingly, you will remain mediocre, poor, or both.
